As others have posted, Mitchells is a friendly, trustworthy and technically competent business. Last year, my son-in-law needed a tow on a nasty winter night and they responded quickly and at a reasonable price. Even the repair was much cheaper than he feared. My review today is prompted by a number plate change - applying my old personalised plates to my new car. This was done quickly and when I went to collect the car and pay - there was no charge. I know this is a simple operation but as a licensed number plate garage they could have charged me. It's a level of service that's typical of this traditional and honest business that generates great loyalty from its customers.
